I’ve had a passion for helping people evolve, overcome challenges and elevate their thinking since I was pouring glue all over my hands, letting it dry, and peeling it off in elementary school. Then, telling everyone I created the fountain of youthful skin from a bottle of Elmer’s. Of course, I would like to say I innovated the fountain of youthful skin, elementary school, skin-peeling technique but I can’t.
Furthermore, influencing a group of elementary school kids to canvas their hands in glue in order to make youthful skin even more youthful was quite the accomplishment for a 6-year-old.
For this reason, I was propelled into speaking, writing, mentoring and coaching. Basically, I love helping people. It’s my God-given purpose that I was blessed with over 25 years ago but realized over the last 13. Additionally, during that time, I’ve successfully coached and helped thousands find, repair, or prepare for love, dating, and relationships.
Makes sense, right?
All in all, not the greatest origin story, but that’s what I got, and I haven’t stopped helping people since.
Whether it be introducing traditional techniques like Positive Psychology, Narrative Therapy, and Individual Coaching. Or, non-traditional processes like my proprietary Glue-Strategy™ and TMDT™ to my clients… my methods are extremely effective and applicable to anyone and any situation.
That being said, if I’m not influencing, motivating, writing, working with clients or speaking… catch me adventuring at a national park, attempting to defeat my fear of heights by jumping out of a perfectly working airplane, trying my hand at podcasting or entrenched in a really dope sci-fi/fantasy movie (especially the ones with lightsabers and rings of power).
